Orchid Villa has 5 bedrooms (2 Master Suites) a great open plan living/kitchen/dining space and a private pool.

There are 3 twin bedded rooms for your party.  Two of which are kids themed rooms – one with Disney Princesses and one with a Frozen theme.   These bedrooms share a bathroom whist the master suites have their own full bathrooms with shower over.

The living space has a huge sofa and comfortable chairs.   There is a bonus living space for when you want to take a break from others, sit and read or just relax.

The private pool is fully screened to protect you from bugs, but not prevent the sun’s rays.  There are comfortable loungers around the pool and a seating area for dining outside.

Sunset Ridge is a gated community and our villa is licensed for Short Term Rental with the State of Florida.

There are many popular restaurants to be found close by and the I4 is easily accessible. Posner Park is our closest shopping area.

Cranes can be seen happily wandering around the community, enjoying their environment.

Our wonderful villa, available for you to rent for your holiday, is set in a quiet cul-de-sac location, on an oversized lot.  It also backs on to the estate border, giving a higher level of privacy.
